Despite these united opinions, the continued ban on cannabis under the CSA and state law inconsistencies have maintained the chaos in cannabis policy drafting. The one area of federal consistency should be employer’s policies on drug testing, yet most employers make a grievous error in failing to accurately describe and follow their drug laboratory’s testing policies.
