This is an introductory seminar that covers a wide spectrum of soft skills everyone needs. It includes tips in areas such as time management, change management, conflict management, communications in the diverse and multi-cultural environment, leadership, team building and teamwork, and emotional intelligence. Having only 90 minutes for the entire seminar will not give enough time for each of the soft skills areas, so the seminar will “fly over” the topics focusing on their importance as well.

These skills, often overlooked and underestimated, can be an essential ingredient in the success of the project management team. This includes hints on communications, disputes, teamwork, leadership, emotional intelligence, and others. Mishandling of an issue could lead to failure and losses.
Topic Background
Members of the project management team need more than just technical skills. They need other skills, especially interpersonal and soft skills that make this team act in an efficient and effective manner. It will also help in the relationship between the team members and other project participants.
