What participants will take away is the ability to use language and the team rules of engagement in a more powerful way, specifically to use tools more effectively in dealing with team issues, and interpersonal concerns. As a result, participants will feel more comfortable confronting difficult issues, creating more productive outcomes, and feeling more engaged in what they do. This combination will allow them to walk away with skills they can use in any aspect of their life and especially on your team. Issues in dealing with virtual and hybrid challenges will also be highlighted and brought forward.

Why Should You Attend
Everything on a team happens as a result of conversations. What we do in conversation, how we organize, construct, and use language as tools in those conversations, determines what we will create in our work relationships whether those conversations are happening in person or remotely and on the phone or online. The more we see language and technology applications as supportive tools, the more we will be able to use them to our advantage. This session will not only help outline how to apply specific tools within technology and language but will outline ideas to support continued engagement, and motivation and ultimately energize teams that work!
