With the pace of change and the unpredictability of the world and business landscape, it is no surprise people are finding it harder and harder to fully engage at work. Frayed work relationships and long-term employment are harder and harder to envision, and a fraught environment make it challenging for all. This workshop uses Stephen Covey’s 7 Habits of Highly Effective People and draws on thought leaders like Brene Brown, Adam Grant, Peter Block and Simon Sinek to identify ways people can develop the resilience and courage to bring their full selves to work each day.

This workshop has been delivered as a two day live session, a one day live session and now as a :90 webinar. It is more of a motivational type of session than it is a “skill-building” one.
